The wartenberg wheel is traditionally a tool used by doctors to test the reflex, but utilized as a tool for foreplay, it can excite the nerves. The cheap design of this particular wartenberg wheel makes it hard to get any thrills or chills, though. It might be a good way to test whether you would want a more advanced (and sturdy) wartenberg wheel for your collection, but personally, I would skip it.

The plastic handle may be easy to grip and handle, but the poor construction makes its usage difficult. The wheel portion shakes and jitters as you try to use it. Also, the pins have no sharpness, and they're too closely spaced to create a stimulating effect.

I personally found this product to be cheap and truly disappointing. It didn't work to create any stimulating reactions in either the pain or pleasure varieties. For the price, I suppose that it's okay that this product didn't work quite the way it should have, but it was still a disappointment.
