The 'Tit Clamps' are made out of metal,which has an Eden safety rating of 9. Since they're made out of metal, they're normally cold to the touch. They don't have a smell or taste. The metal chain stretches out to 12 inches.

I love the look of the 'Tit Clamps'. They're very easy to put on and take off. They're also very comfortable to wear. I could easily wear these for 30 minutes to an hour without any problems of them being too painful. The chain is 12 inches long, some may find it to be too short. However, I don't have a problem with the length. The chain has a decent weight to it, it's not too heavy. The chain is also removable. The 'Tit Clamps' are very easy to use. You simply squeeze the clamp open with two of your fingers and place the clamp wherever you would like to put it. These clamps came in a plastic container that you have to rip off to get them out. It's not discreet at all, it has a picture of a naked girl wearing the clamps. The packaging that it came in doesn't make for good storage since you have to rip it.
