This is a type of toy that I have never tried out before. I am always willing to try something new, so I gave this one a shot. It is made from stainless steel, so it is odorless, cleans very easily with soap and water, and has a little bit of weight to it considering its size. I am not the most endowed man in the world but better than average, so I would advise slipping the ring over your head before you are erect. The plug portion of the toy pivots back and forth on the larger ball. When you have the plug in position, with the large ball on the underside of your penis, you can rotate the urethral plug to the tip of your penis. It is stainless steel, so I do not think it matters what kind of lube you choose to use. When erect the ring is tight on my and stays put.

I tried this plug out by myself for the first run. I used a lot of water-based lube and flipped the ball plug into position at the tip and pushed it into my urethra. It didn't feel bad, and I was surprised to see that the ball fit into me. There is maybe a half of inch of depth that you can go in. I was able to insert it fully, but I experienced some discomfort what all the way inserted. I guess I have a sensitive urethra. I did enjoy the tip of the plug in, however. I used this toy in conjunction with one of my Aneros prostate massagers and was able to have multiple orgasms with this session. (I have wet and dry prostate orgasms) When I had a wet prostate orgasm, the plug did keep all prostate fluids from leaking out of the tip. When I flipped the ball out, the fluid leaked out in a steady stream. That was interesting and fun.

I am worried about using this during intercourse due to the fact that I did not like the toy fully inserted. I will give it a shot and post that during my follow-up review.

I have used this many times since I received it, and I actually am starting to like it a little more. You get used to the pressure, and I think after several uses your urethra stretches a little more to accommodate the ball. Definitely a good purchase for the price.
