The Adore Me Pleasure set from Lelo is a very nice set for a gift; although, it is a bit over priced. If you are looking for something for a gift for a partner's birthday or anniversary, this is a great option. As long as you have the money to burn.

This kit includes a silk blindfold and cuffs and a small plastic rechargeable vibe. All three items are alright, but none of them are worth the price of the kit, much less their individual prices. Presentation absolutely makes up part of the price, as the whole experience will be enhanced by the package.

This will seduce a partner if you are looking to spice things up.

None of the items came with kind of odd odor.

The cuffs: The cuffs are silk, metal, and suede. All three materials are very smooth and sensuous. The cuffs don't chafe at all.

The blindfold: The blind fold is silk with some elastic in the back.

Mia 2 Vibe: The Mia is made from a shiny hard plastic. It has a little drag, but goes away with a little lube. The plastic is completely rigid. There is no texture at all on Mia, just smooth plastic.

The cuffs: The cuffs are an interesting design. It't one connected piece, so you can't remove the cuffs. This was disappointing to me because I would have worn them as jewelry. The cuffs are attached to the center portion by a chain. The other end of the cuff has a clip that attaches to the chain to actually make the cuff.

The inside of the cuff has a floral silk while the outside is suede with a solid silk center portion. All the seams and metal pieces are extremely sturdy, but it is still fabric, so don't use these for rough play. You may damage them, and they are extremely expensive to replace. Mind blowingly expensive, actually.

The blindfold: Theoretically, the blindfold is one size fits all, but it is not the actual case. The blindfold is one circle with elastic at the back and ties. This means that there is a upward limit of head size that this could fit. I am a woman, 6' tall, and have an average sized head for my frame. This barely fit on my head and was uncomfortably tight.

The blindfold did keep it out light, but that could have been because it was so tight I couldn't open my eyes.

Mia 2 Vibe: The Mia is a bit larger than a lipstick, but when it is plugged into the computer, it looks like a stylish thumb stick. It's terribly discreet. When in a makeup bag, it looks like makeup. It is a bit larger than the average bullet at 4.25" long, but still within that range. It's a suitable size for external stimulation for users of all experience levels as long as you don't need a lot of power.

The cuffs: These are very sturdy for what they are. That being said, they aren't made for rough play. Some sensual tugging is fine, but too much will rip these. The cuffs are very pretty and sexy. I was sad that they are attached because I would have loved them as bracelets.

The blindfold: This would be amazing if it was more variable in size. It blocks light well and is terribly comfortable. Depending on face shape is how well it will work. Some will find everything blocked, and some will be able to see. The tighter it is on the face the less you will see.

Mia 2 Vibe: The Mia was a huge disappointment for me. I was expecting so much more from Lelo than what I got. There are a ton of patterns, but the power just isn't there. It's a nice tease, but it isn't every going to get me there. It is quiet enough to be muffled by a blanket. It's also waterproof which is a plus.

It took forever to charge! I was expecting so much more from a product that took 2 hours to charge. It doesn't come charged, so if you are planning a romantic night by giving this gift, charge it and put it back in the box.

The Mia is controlled by two buttons. There is a + and - button. Holding the + increases intensity and holding - decreases it. A long press will cycle through the patterns of which there are many. The buttons are small and hard to tell which one you are pressing during use without looking. I wasn't a fan of this set up.

The cuffs: The cuffs use suede, so these can only be spot cleaned with a damp cloth.

The blindfold: The blindfold can be hand washed gently with mild detergent and laid flat to dry.

Mia 2 Vibe: This is made from plastic which is non porous, but it can't be sterilized by boiling or running it through the dishwasher. I give mine a bath under water in the sink with toy cleaner, making sure that the cap is on securely first, but you can use antibacterial soap instead. It can be stored anywhere out of high heat or direct sunlight.

The packaging for this is amazing.

It starts with a paper sleeve. The front has an artistic photo of lips and the name of the set with the Lelo logo on it. The back of the sleeve has a product description under a nice photo of the product.

When you take the sleeve off, you have a thick high quality cardboard box. The top has the Lelo logo in silver on it. If you throw away the sleeve, the actual box is extremely discreet. The top of the box opens.

There is a piece of thick card stock that is blank on one side and has the lips image again. This would make a great gift card as long as you keep it inside. Write a short love note or fantasy on it and slip it back inside.

Under that, are ll the items laid out nicely in sections. The vibe sites in foam cut to fit it while the cuffs and blindfold are nicely folded in tray sections. Under the tray is the product booklet, Lelo authenticity card, and the satin pouch for the vibe.

It's very classy for packaging. I will firmly give this a stamp of approval for use as a present.
