These butterfly clamps are pretty self explanatory, they clamp onto whatever body part you want to. They definitely pack some punch in terms of pinching power though. These are not for somebody trying nipple play or clamps for the first time and even then, you probably need some masochistic tendencies to enjoy them.

The toy is two metal clamps connected by a metal chain between them. On each end of the clamps is a small piece of rubber with 4 bumps. There is really not much else to say about the item. It is simple and straight to the point.

While using them, I personally found they start out with a strong pinching and stinging sensation, which eventually evens out to more of a warm duller aching. I found this to be a very pleasant and thrilling sensation. I will say though, that I do enjoy some pain play and that some pain excites me sexually, so this may not be the case for everyone. After taking them off, your nipples might swell a little bit and be very sensitive. Especially initially when all the blood rushes back. For me this was a bonus. I liked the added sensation, but again if you dont like pain this might be a minus for you.

The toy is made out of metal, and is therefore easy to take care of. After use, I always just throw them back in my toy box when I am done with them. After just touching the nipples, I am not really worried about cleaning. If you were, some soap and water would be adequate I am sure. If you wanted you could boil them too, but it does seem like overkill (unless you were playing with them around genitals)

I personally think the toys have a great aesthetic. I like the look of metal attached to the nipples. The chain dangling and always having the option of having weights added or being pulled upon is always a great psychological thrill as well.

The toy is primarily used as nipple clamps, but there are other possibilities. It could be attached just about anywhere to the body where you can get enough "meat" for the clamps to clamp onto. But other areas, which could be fun would be the nose or the vulva. You can also add to the sensation by tugging on them. They stay quite well. My girlfriend has never pulled them off and she has tugged with some force.

I found this toy to feel the best when tied (wrist and ankle restraints) and blindfolded. It adds a level of intensity, because you concentrate on how you feel, not what you see. Having these attached to your nipples, unexpectedly was great fun for me, and the occasional tug really drove me crazy. I would not place these on your partner unexpectedly if you have never discussed it. Me and my girlfriend have spent lots of time discussing limits, have safewords, and took it slow while experimenting with BDSM.

These are still my favorite nipple clamps. They have no problems with them and still work well. I still think they are a great toy for those who enjoy intense nipple play.
