Pacific Crest Tail
The hippy outdoorsy vibe of purple fleece is a fun development in a pair of bondage cuffs, and an eye mask and flogger. The only downside is that the cuffs are easy to restrain together wrist to wrist and ankle to ankle, but require modification if you want to be restrained in other positions. It is easy to get around this issue, and overall I think this set is awesome.

Pros
Durable, Comfy, Discreet, Water-resistant
Cons
Asymmetrical cuffs buckling mechanism. One cuff has a belt and one has a buckle. Can be limiting.
My favorite part of this toy set is the crunchy granola vibes. Instead of leather or faux-leather, it is fun to have some gear that kinda has a throwback REI or Patagucci nostalgia. The purple fleece, nylon straps and plastic buckles seem so out of place in a restraint set that I love it. You could attach these to the outside of your pack on a backpacking trip, and they would just look like another piece of technical gear. Perhaps a water bottle holder or whatever. So as a person who has brought leather cuffs on an international flight and felt a little trepidation, I will definitely be bringing these next time. They are way more discreet. In the same way, I think they would be less intimidating for someone new to being bound than a black leather pair of cuffs laden with chrome D-rings. So in short, the concept and materials are my favorite parts of this product- making it fun and discreet. The eye mask could easily be worn on a plane and not look out of place with your zebra-skin print neck pillow.
The design of the adjoining restraint mechanism is simple and a bit limiting. But easily adaptable. The two sets of cuffs are paired and different from each other. One wrist cuff has a belt of nylon webbing, the adjoining cuff has the buckle. So for its designed purpose of securing wrists and ankles together, it works great. Anything other sorts of play or use gets interesting. For instance, if you put the cuffs on and are going to play a bit before securing them, do not trip on the dangling belt of webbing hanging of your ankle (as well as the wrist).
Also, when I am securing someone with restraints, I find myself gravitating towards securing a person spread eagle as opposed to wrist to wrist and ankle to ankle. I think this feature of the toy will potentially be the thing that catches people of a guard and disappoints them if they are not aware of it. Despite this, the cuffs are really quite versatile. Strap webbing and buckles are available cheap and to obtain online. I will be installing an incognito strap under the mattress that will allow securing spread eagle. You could also make spreader bars or whatever you can dream up.
The product seems quite durable and is easily hand washed and hang dried. You may be able to machine wash, but I will stick to hand washing. The fleece is comfy and fun.
The eye mask is a bit stiff at first but can be formed and broken in. The flogger has an interesting texture on the handle. It is a fun addition to the cuffs. Comfortable to use and delivers a good whipping for beginner-intermediate folks. Advanced players may require a more vicious tool.

Experience
This is the only pair of cuffs I have ever used in the shower. Pretty cool and strange to do that. You could use them in other watery environments, but you are going to want to exercise extreme caution to ensure safety.

This is a great budget set. It's quite durable and still is as good as new. In fact we recently gave it to some friends and is wintering with them in their snowy cabin in the woods. Looking forward to their report!
