Material: This is made of PVC. It is like plastic and sticks easily to its self. It stretches a little but the tape will not act like a rubber band and regain its shape. Because it is made to stick to its self, make sure it lays over its self more than once or it will not sit well. This item needs to be laid perfectly on its self and not bunched up. The bondage tape will not stick well to any other item that is not rubber or plastic, so please do not try.
