Use

The Nut Sack by Spartacus is a soft leather pouch to encase your man's crown jewels. Whether you are into CBT or just want to try something different, this nut sack can be enjoyed by the beginner and the advanced user alike. Care and Maintenance

There were no care instructions nor packaging, just a clear plastic bag with a bar code on it. The Nut Sack is soft leather and it appears that liquids and lubes will wipe off easier from the outside than from the inside surface. There are seams on the inside which would be a little more challenging to clean if lube or other stuff ends up in there somehow. Wiping with a soft rag or paper towel should take care of most clean up situations.

Personal comments

The Nut Sack comes in a large and small size; my comments are for the large size. This item is described as a nut sack but it has an opening that could be used as a cock hole as well. You can wear it at least three ways. First, you can wear it with your nuts in the sack and with the snap closure just around your scrotum. You have the choice of two snaps that will make it tighter or looser. The second way to wear it is with your nuts in the sack and your penis sticking through the opening just below the snaps. The third way to wear it is with your cock and balls entirely in the Nut Sack. With a small size, I don't think that method of wear could have happened.
Follow-up commentary
The Nut Sack is still on my toy shelf, and I continue to play with it from time to time. For me, I like using it for mild CBT since I got the large size. When soft, I put the general and his two colonels (my penis and balls) in the nut sack and snap it closed. It is a nice, tight, warm package that way. Since I don't have low-hanging nuts, the large Nut Sack is still a bit big for me, so I prefer to put everything I have inside the sack. If I had the smaller Nut Sack, I might be more inclined to just wear it around my scrotum only.

The Nut Sack is easy to keep clean and doesn't need batteries or make noise, but it does exactly what it is supposed to do—wrap up your nuts! For that, it keeps its rating, and I will continue to recommend it.
