Not up to par
Vibration was hardly felt, fell off easily, weird design/doesn't fit, too loud! However, it is fairly cheap and is probably worth a shot if you're a newbie and would like to start trying different things.

Pros
Cheap
Cons
Doesn't fit, low vibrations
This was one of my first sex toys (it might have been my very first, and unfortunately, a big disappointment). My poor husband just didn't have any hands left for everything I wanted him to be doing. So,... we started off small and tried the "breast stimulator", though as we figured, it was supposed to be for nipples. Anyway, we were excited to try our first toy and it didn't even last 1 minute. It was awkward to use from the very beginning. Talk about annoying and a mood killer!
The vibration was hardly felt, they fall off if you do anything but lie flat on your back. It's hard to find the switch inside them that turns them off and on, and they MELT as fast as a crayon in the slightest heat. Tried it as a clitoral stimulator, but vibrations could hardly be felt.
We also stopped using it because it was LOUD. Like a bumble bee stuck on fly paper - thats how it sounded. Besides the obvious turn-off of these weird, loud things laying on my breasts while I'm flat on my back. The noise is a dead give-away to anyone who lives in an apartment building, lives with roommates, or has kids (ugg).
Every once in a while we break them out again and I try to wear them under a bra or something... (trying to be adventurous - I'd hate to just throw them away), but I always end up remembering why we stopped using them in the first place. At least they were fairly cheap.
The only people this might be meant for are those with weirdly-shaped nipples (extra-long maybe?), very sensitive nipples, or those who aren't adverse to gluing them on so they don't just fall off or slide everytime you move. Once again... glad they were so cheap.
