I do not know if it is just me, but it tore my nipples up. I do have psoriasis on my nipples, so it did exfoliate and make me extremely sore. The nipple stimulation is decent if you don’t use the pump, but then you have to hold it on, which looses the purpose of the pump function to hold it up. It is very hard to squeeze bigger boobs in to get your nipple against the nubs without using the pump. I think if you don’t use the pump and have small boobs, they would be great, but when pumped, it moved the nipple way too close and exfoliates your nipples roughly and makes them very sore. It did work to exfoliate my psoriasis, so that was good, but it’s not enjoyable at all for me.

It was even worse after my nipples started healing. I had thick scabs from all the damage this did to my nipples. I have large boobs, so maybe it’s the size and shape of my boobs mixed with the suction that is far too rough.
