The entire tickler is about two feet long. One foot feather, one foot handle. The handle is made up of a black plastic stick. It's not the most durable stick in the world, but this isn't meant for heavy-duty play. It has the Sportsheets logo discreetly imprinted into the base of the handle.

There are actually two feathers making up the tickler part, but they are attached together close to the top. On the back if it, you can see where the feathers cross over a bit, but it doesn't detract much from the overall impact of the design. Two feathers mean it's more durable than a single one, but this is all pretty delicate overall. Considering the general nature of feathers, and the really low price, that's to be expected. Overall, the feathers are incredibly soft and not scratchy in any way!

The feather is a gorgeous color. I ordered the teal because I'm obsessed with anything between blue and green. The product makes the feather look like it would be more of an electric teal. In reality, mine is a beautiful peacock blue-green color. There are lovely little variations in the color, ranging from more green to more blue, which give it a slight iridescent look to it. The spine of the plume is black, as well of the spines of each individual part that makes up the feather. I was blown away by just how gorgeous it was. It seriously surpassed my expectations.

I'm in love with this feather for the color and overall look of it, and how it can spice up sexy costumes and lingerie. This is a true form-meets-function product for an amazing price.

Because these range in the under $10 price range, I wasn't expecting much. It's just a feather on a stick, right? Wrong. This is one of the most sensual ticklers I've ever felt. It doesn't provide that "I'm gonna pee on myself if you don't stop" tickle. It's a very sensual caress almost like the lightest of fingertips. I want one in every color now.
