Nip, tuck, squeeze
Great for what it is, good for newbies. There is a learning curve, but positioning can become part of the fun.

Pros
Easy to use, titillating.
Cons
Thin glass, feels fragile.
I'm a bare beginner with nipple play, and I was intimidated by other toys. Did not want anything too tight! Nothing with "clamp" in the name! I've always been intrigued by the idea of wearing something that makes the nipple stand out, so this was a perfect concept. After a lot of hemming and hawing, I bought it.
The suction bulbs work as intended, though they aren't the strongest around. If you're sensitive, or cautious, they're a great start. They're easy to release as well, so no risk of getting 'caught'.
The rings are a stretchy rubber that holds fairly well. They come in four sizes, two of which are so big they're useless for me, one is WAY too tight (for now!), but the second-from-smallest does its duty. The texture is shiny and a bit slippery, and I suspect this keeps them from gripping as well as they could.
The black is a nice touch, adding that 'naughty' feel. The bulbs are black rubber with a faded gray logo printed on one side. There is a slight rubbery smell from the bulbs, but it's barely there. They hold their suction well, no leaking. The glass has yet to crack or bend, but it's incredibly thin and it makes me treat them gently. I sort of trust that nothing is going to happen, but not quite.
Getting the rings placed is another matter altogether. It takes some practice to get them positioned just right. I think hardcore players will be satisfied by the effects of the tightest ring, but they won't be impressed by the bulbs.
The packaging is the flimsiest part, but, again, it does its job. A simple plastic display. The molded insert is convenient for keeping all the pieces in place, and I've yet to lose any. The outer box is nothing special.

Experience
There's something of a trick to using these. I like to apply the suction twice before attempting to add a ring.
