The Single Pull Ball Stretcher by Spartacus is, by nature, placed into the category of CBT devices (that is, Cock and Ball Torture). While this may sound horrible, it is not nearly as bad as it sounds. Yes, this device can be used to inflict pain, but it really should not as pain due to stretching of the scrotum/testicles can often mean there is a risk for actual damage to be done. Instead, the stretcher produces a tugging sensation when pulled on via someone else or via weight attached to the small D-ring at the bottom; this tugging sensation, when coupled with masturbation or penetration, can provide great pleasure as well as a natural prolonging to the stamina of any man. This is due to the fact that the scrotum lifts up quite a bit as ejaculation (not necessarily orgasm) approaches, so if this is kept at bay by a downward force, such as by a stretcher or hand, it can lead to a bigger, more built-up orgasm and ejaculation. This is probably suited best for those with at least some knowledge of bondage/CBT safety because serious damage could be done if too much force is applied and if the straps are tight to the point where the testicles cannot slip out.

The construction is akin to all Spartacus leather products in that it is crafted from soft and sturdy leather with all rivets and stitching applied in a precise and accurate manner. So with a little care, the product can last as long as a good leather coat. The device could be a little bit snugger at the smallest cinch point, but I found that, with practice, one can get it to fit and stay on without any testicles popping out of place. In general, it will fit any average man unless you have testicles the size of a bull. I believe, based on observation, that all of the metal components are zinc-plated steel to resist corrosion.

As discussed in the section outline, the proper use of the device can provide enhanced ejaculation, a feature that I found to be a great joy! In general, I found that it greatly exceeded my expectations in that it turned out to deliver more pleasure than pain! Regardless of creativity, the device is a one-use product in that it is and should only be used for safely applying downward force (parallel to the vertical positioning of the body) to generate pleasure or mild pain/discomfort.
