Minimal Mischief
As a submissive that is somewhat experienced with bondage, and interested in restraint, this product was disappointing. For novice users, however, the Sex and Mischief wrist and ankle cuffs are a great way to get your feet wet and decide whether restraint or bondage are enjoyable for you, without investing too much time or money in the process.

Pros
Easy to use, one-size fits all cuffs.
Cons
Straps are an awkward length, falsely named a suspension kit.
The Sex and Mischief wrist and ankle restraint kit is an easy to use product for those interested in light bondage. Its Velcro closures enable you or your partner to fasten the cuffs onto one's wrists and/or ankles quickly and easily, with no buckles to fumble with, and are just as easily removed or adjusted. Even with my tiny wrists, my darling boyfriend was able to fit the cuffs snugly but comfortably around my wrists, such that I could not slide my arms out of them (which has been an issue that I have had with many leather cuffs). The straps are fairly strong, and have no stretch or give to them (i.e, they will actually restrain you).
That being said, I feel that while anyone could use the kit, it is best suited for vanilla (non-kinky) folk who are trying to spice things up a bit, or those who are trying to see if bondage is for them. Firstly, while the restraints can be fit snugly to prevent sliding out of the cuffs, I was able to remove them easily by opening the Velcro around my wrists whilst they were tied behind my back, without any amount of contorting. Perhaps pinning the two wrist cuffs together, or placing the cuffs over mittens would help prevent successful escapes from a challenging (bratty) bottom.
A second caution is that the straps are an awkward length. They are far too short to be used as an under-bed restraint system, or for affixing both ankles and wrists to bedposts. My goal for the kit had been to have my boyfriend hogtie me, and then take me from behind, but when my ass was raised enough to make vaginal penetration possible, the O-ring and adjoining straps got in the way. Conversely, the straps were too long to make the hogtie feel comfortably uncomfortable and restraining when I laid down on my stomach, and I'm 5'7". If Sex and Mischief would make the straps longer, but adjustable in length, many of these issues could be remedied. As is though, the kit is able to provide enough restraint for some spanking, paddling, or foreplay to occur without being able to swat or wriggle away.

Thanks for the review! It makes me ponder using neckties and soft rope if you cannot get something by purchase which is more adjustable.
