If you want to take your bed from blah to bondage, all you need is this set. I was highly impressed by it. The included cuffs are actually very comfortable, but really sturdy and will fit most wrists and ankles. You can even use your favorite pair of cuffs with a ring on these, as well. The straps are super durable and will fit most beds. It's also very durable as a set and holds up to serious struggling. No BDSM enthusiast's bedroom is complete without this.

Pros
sturdy, will fit all bed sizes, can be used with other cuffs, included cuffs are comfortable
The Under the Bed Restraint System is a great way to turn your ordinary sleeping surface into a lovely piece of bondage equipment! If you don't have bed posts to tie someone to and you feel like you've been missing out on a lot of fun because of it, you just need this set of restraints and you'll be having more fun than you can stand! The set features a set of straps that can fit any size bed, whether it be a twin or a California king. It also comes with four totally adjustable, velvety velcro cuffs that attach to the straps that will fit just about any sized ankles and wrists. The straps can be adjusted under the bed so that they fit users of all heights, as well.
This set is great for users of any skill level because of the versatility of it. The included cuffs are considered to be beginner-level because they are easy to get on and off, and they're really comfy. Those pros out there will love that you can attach just about any cuff out there with a ring on it to the straps. (Yes, that means you can use your swanky Aslan Jaguar cuffs!) You have the option of tying your lover down super tight, or giving them a little wiggle room. You can use just the wrists cuffs, just the ankle cuffs, or a combination of both! This set is way more versatile than I originally thought!
The only thing to consider when it comes to this set is safety. As with all restrictive bondage play, make sure you have a safe word lined up. As long as you play it safe, you'll be able to have more fun than you ever thought possible with this amazing set.
The straps are made of a pretty heavy-duty neoprene material. Neoprene is super heavy duty and is known for it's resilience and strength. Each strap is adjustable by a cinch buckle. The buckle is somehow incredibly easy to adjust, but doesn't slip at all. I tried pulling it to loosen it when it was attached to my arms and it wasn't going anywhere. Color me impressed. The stitching on the straps is incredibly solid and doesn't seem like it will come loose at all. At the end of each strap is a ring that resembles a key ring. I found this really useful because it allows you to take the hooks off the cuffs and attach them to the straps so that you can use other cuffs instead of the provided ones.
There are five straps in total. There are four straps which connect to the middle strap in an "I" shape. These are connected with a heavy duty metal triangle piece of hardware. All five straps are 60" in length and about 1" wide giving you a lot of room to work with. The straps all come with a cinch hook on them, including the connector strap which is placed under the mattress. This allows you to adjust the spacing of the cuffs so that you can adjust them to different height levels. On my queen sized bed I was able to pull the straps up so that there was quite a bit of length on the bed, so these fit well on larger beds as well.
The cuffs are made of a soft, velvety material that is very comfortable and sturdy. The actual cuff is 10" long and has a velcro strap that extends for 5 1/2" past the end of the cuff allowing for these to fit the smallest of wrists to ankles that are up to 12" around. (If you go anywhere past the 10" range, though, the cuffs won't be as secure.) If some of the velcro is exposed and does make contact with the skin in the cuff, it's not a big deal because it will be the soft side of it that's facing inward. The cuffs also come to you with a ring (like the key ring style on the straps) and the P-connector hook attached. All of this hardware is very durable.
When you go to set this thing up, it's always a good idea to have a second set of hands so that you can put the straps in place while they hold the mattress for you. It's best to also leave the cuff straps as long as they are so that you can adjust them accordingly once you set the mattress down. There's really no art or science to getting them adjusted under the mattress and they're easy to move once you have the mattress in place. The center strap can be adjusted at this time to whatever height you need. When you're placing the straps, you have the option of having them come out of the top or the sides of the mattress.
I actually took the hooks off my cuffs and put them on the ends of the straps before I even got down to business because I wanted the option to use the included cuffs or my collection of Aslan cuffs for sturdier restraint. I didn't think that the velcro cuffs would be that sturdy, but boy they sure were. My lover got right to restraining me and even took the extra step of placing the free end of the velcro through the ring on the cuff so I couldn't grab it and loosen it. This is something I would have never thought of doing and actually made it so I had no way of getting out of them. The cuffs wouldn't budge no matter what I did. When he got the cuffs one me he tightened them up quickly by pulling the free end of the strap which caused the cinch hook to make the strap shorter. Even though I pulled and pulled and pulled it still wasn't loosening at all! That's quality right there! After this initial go around, I grabbed my Aslan cuffs. Guess what? They work wonderfully.
There are a lot of different positions you can do with this kit. You can obviously tie someone down spread eagle on the bed. They can be on their stomach or their back. You can cross their arms and legs for even more restraint. You can get them doggy style with the ankle straps attached to their wrists and wrist straps connected to their ankles (since the cuffs are universal). You're only limited by your imagination here.
There shouldn't be much you need to do with these restraints. You can leave them in place and tuck them up under the mattress when not in use. If the cuffs need to be washed, you can wash them in some lightly soapy water and let them air dry.

Follow-up commentaryI still like it5 months after original review
It's held up to use incredibly well. The only thing I worry about with is that one day the rings will get bent. (I like to play rough.) But, luckily, they haven't yet and it'd take a lot of force to do that. It's great that they're the rings would be super easy to replace.
Sadly it's sitting in my closet right now because I have no one to play with and it scared the crap out of my friends when they came over. For me this is only more of the appeal.
