This little favorite comes in a discreet black box, easy enough to overlook in a travel bag. The cuffs are made of exquisite silk and suede, two of my favorite materials. I bought the red cuffs, and they were a deep, rose red. (Not the typical bordello shade of bright red some tacky companies use when trying to invoke a sense of romance.) The suede is sturdy, yet velvety soft. The silk is just that, silky, smooth, elegance. Having these placed around my wrists made me feel like i was being tied by love itself. Over-reaction? I don't think so! They really are divinely comfortable and sensual.

These cuffs, by their nature, are obviously NOT meant for rough and heavy bondage fantasy play. The chains are linked by silk ribbon, which could rip with enough pressure or weight placed on them. These cuffs were bought for a sensual evening, to help set a mood of intimacy and romance. They did that job perfectly, especially when paired with feather ticklers, honey body dust, Lelo's massage candle, blindfolds, and well... you get the picture. If you want rough play for a domination night, find another pair of cuffs; there are many excellent quality pairs of steel or heavy leather cuffs available. If you want to show that special person in your life that you want to pamper them on a romantic occasion, to shower them with a gift of elegant bondage expressing how tied to them you are, then you should really give these cuffs an honest, long thought.

If used the way they're meant to be used, I can see these cuffs lasting a good long time; the fabrication is high quality. The silk lining kisses your skin, no worries about irritating your skin from the cuffs rubbing as you're squirming in them. These cuffs will need a gentle surface cleaning if dirtied somehow. I wouldn't trust a washer and dryer with these. The clasps rotate completely in their setting, so there are no worries about them sticking or not moving as you need them to, when attaching them to the links. I have smaller wrists, and they fit well on me, which was a pleasant surprise! With the additional links it has, I think it would fit most wrist sizes. The price tag did make us wonder at first about whether they might be truly worth it, but there was no disappointment once we opened it. Elegant, sophisticated, perfect in every way. I have never been happier with a pair of cuffs. When they come out of the toy box, they put an instant smile on my face. Princesses can keep their crowns, these cuffs will make you feel like royalty.

I still love these cuffs. They've been used half a dozen times more now for light bdsm play, and they're as comfortable as ever. We've had no problems with the chain or the stitching of the cuffs themselves. They're a lovely, high quality pair of cuffs that look like they'll last a long time. I think I love them more than when I first got them.
