These cuffs are best for wrist restraint but could also be used for ankles should yours be in the range of sizes it fits (though I wouldn't recommend purchasing them with this in mind if you're not sure). They didn't chafe at all, held up to forceful struggling, and are even lockable so they're good for both beginner and advanced users.

These had an impressive range of adaptability for sizing. My partner and I didn't even use the smallest the size possible. So it's safe to say these really are a one-size fits most.

Also, they're lockable! For any advanced users who are serious about their bondage, the little circular peg is the perfect size to slide a lock into and keep your prisoner still for their punishment. Big plus to accomodate all kinds of people and activities.

The design itself is flawless. There were no rough edges or seams or metal parts inside the cuffs to cause discomfort to the wearer. And yet the D-ring was still strong enough to hold up to the struggling my partner put up.

And for any animal- and eco-conscious, the material is vegan and not made with any leather or fur products. And yet it's still smooth and giving like well-made leather and thankfully doesn't have the strong stench of it either. An A+ for the material in my opinion.

Despite being comfortable and stylish, these cuffs managed to hold up against decently forceful struggling, even when the cheap bed strap snapped! And all the while they remained comfortable and non-irritating. I am more than impressed with the quality of these cuffs.

For cleaning and maintaining these cuffs, I would carefully follow the directions given on the Eden Fantasy's product information. Should you veer off and try something else like putting them in the washer, it could seriously age the material and they won't have the long lifespan they would otherwise.

But in general, as long as you use only mild soap and dry them thoroughly before packing them up, they should last a long time.

I have mixed reviews on the packaging.

On the one hand, there was almost no packaging at all. It was in a plastic baggy that I could not use for storage and there was no information whatsoever. With such an expensive and high quality item, I expected more.

But on the other hand, I do appreciate that there was little waste in resources to package the cuffs. It's better for the environment to have less packaging to throw away and probably keeps the price of the cuffs from going any higher.

But care information would have been very nice.
