Lighthearted Fun Scening
In short, for a fun lighthearted scene go for it. You'll enjoy it and it could possibly be even used for warm up, or a Halloween type costume. The only limit here is your imagination.

Pros
Fun and light hearted
Cons
Not meant for heavy use
While the flogger for this is not meant to induce serious pain it's nice for role play and fun scenes. It is not meant for heavy use as the falls will tear and could possibly cut. The mask is a fun addition and my "friend" did enjoy the flogger matching her mask. I will give the set extra "props" for that.
During use we did notice the flogger did not induce a sting that would've been enough to cause even pleasure for me. For beginners it may, but for an experience user it will leave you wanting more. Craving more in fact. I would call this a teaser toy and maybe even place it in the category of sensory play.
One thing I will say is that if you're planning to make a video and do not want to be seen, the mask could possibly cover your identity while keeping the submissive's face out of the frame altogether. It's a good option if you're wanting to do a video product demo. Although in that case you would be braver than I am.
I'm not saying it's not a great toy. I'm suggesting its best uses would be warm up, beginners, and sensory play. It could be paired nicely with things like a wartenberg wheel, feather sticks, furry paddles, or even things involving light bondage for couples just looking to spice it up a little.
If a beginner is going to use this flogger I would caution to watch what you are doing so the falls do not tear or wrap in any way. The last thing you want to do is cut your submissive. They are trusting you to be the safety gauge and this toy certainly can require some extra caution.
Go for it, enjoy, but go in realizing what it's meant for, which is more novelty than play. A great conversation piece, and a great way to introduce something new to a relationship that may have grown a little stale.

Follow-up commentary

The flogger still isn't going to produce any sort of painful sensation but I still think this is a fun little kit and even makes a cute Halloween type costume for play parties.
