At this end of this past July, I decided that I am going to start really training and losing weight on my own. No trainer. Just self control mixed with the support of friends and family that are also training for different athletic events. I have been walking a lot and since what I am training for is a sixty mile walk, walking is the best training for that. But I needed something to work on my upper body and a way to work out when the weather gets bad.

I picked up two Rubber Whip Junior to work on my upper body some. When I picked them up, I had no intention of using them as actual floggers.

Rubber Whip Junior comes in black (the color that I got), red, pink and purple. It looks like there is a blue one but Eden doesn't have it. They are ten inches long from the tip of the handle to the tip of the flogger. The flogger part is about five or six inches long and the handle is about four inches long. The handle has two wooden balls on the end of a plastic tube. There is a nylon cord at the end of the flogger for hanging it up. The flogger itself is made out of rubber.

Rubber Whip Junior are perfect for my little work outs. They are the right length for my short arms. There is a little sting when I would get myself in the arm.

The little work out is really easy. I take a flogger in each hand and spin them as fast as I possibly can. I change up the way I spin them over the work out. But I don't spin them from the wrist. I work the whole arm from the elbow. It gives a better work out. I spin as hard as I can from five to thirty minutes. Does wonders for the arms.

But be warned, start it slow and build up how long you do this for or you will be really sore.

Rubber Whip Junior are doing wonders for me.

I do keep my two Rubber Whip Juniors around. They do get used a lot as workout gear, but they do get used sometimes for the sting they give. They also work great for CBT flogging.
