It's BDSM Legally Blonde style.
If you're cutesy, or looking for some twisted sorority role play, its a must buy. If you are looking for something that doesn't make you giggle, stick with black.

Pros
It has a metal buckle and is well made.
Cons
It's pink with rhinestones.
Collars can be quite an addition to your bedroom whether you are into hardcore sex or light control play. Nothing sexier than parading your girlfriend around on a leash and giving her a light tug toward you know where.
All collars are essentially the same (it's a freaking collar). So the only defining qualities you need to look for is the comfortableness of use, how sturdy it is, and personal color and style preference.
Living up to it's cutesy name. The Ruff Doggie Heart Beat Collar is pink and studded. It's not your average black. It's quite garish, but hey who's being picky while in a leash.
The quality of this product is great. The leather is comfortable and doesn't scratch or irritate your skin. The rhinestones look a bit cheap, but doesn't really take away from the product. I haven't had it long enough for any of the stones to fall out. Based on the quality, seems like a long term product. The nice sized O ring is standard, fits with any leash. I have to admit, the metal is very strong. It can survive the roughest pulls and tugs.
I love the 6 adjustable metal buckle sizes. I've had collars that had snap buckles and those tend to pop off easily. I think it's great for couples that are first timers in using a collar. Black might be too hardcore for first time use. The hot pink is definitely less intimidating. Especially for a reluctant partner. This can be sort of a novelty start off item that you can convince her to wear because it's cute. Now just go hide the paddle for now.
Which brings me to the downfall, and this is strictly a personal preference, but I found the pink + rhinestones to be quite tacky after a while and not as versatile as black.
