The Beginner Ball Gag is so comfortable anyone can use it. It is shaped like a pacifier and comes in more than one color, plus it's silicone. If you can deal with the velcro straps there is no reason you shouldn't love this gag from the get go. It's well made and can be cleaned easily, plus it will fit just about anyone.
