This strap is made of nylon and is one size fits most, although I wouldn't recommend it for ladies on the larger side. It is 36" long and the pad I would say is half that length and is positioned in the middle. It's odorless and easy to clean by either spot cleaning or putting it in the washer on gentle and dryer on low.

This toy is not something I would recommend unless you have never done doggie style before and have no idea what you are doing. The "I like it doggie style strap" seemed like a great idea for sex, but in reality it was very unnecessary. It's supposed to aid in positioning and, as far as I knew, for deeper penetration. This thing did neither of those things. If anything this strap positioned me wrong and although it did guide me a little, it was not guiding me where I needed to go in order to get good, hard penetration. It's better to just let the man do his job. My boyfriend and I gave up on this after about 5 minutes, because it wasn't allowing us to get as rough as we wanted which was supposed to be the point of it. I was pretty disappointed, because I was extremely excited about this, considering doggie style is my favorite position, and made my boyfriend try it out as soon as we could just to be let down by it. It is definitely more geared for first timers or couples who are more gentle and sensual during sex.

The strap didn't hurt me at all and it fit pretty well, which is great since I'm not exactly skinny. Honestly I feel like just grabbing your girlfriend/wife by the hips would work a lot better and have better control than this thing would, which is exactly what we ended up doing. It's a very simple strap with just a thin pad that fits around your hips and straps that cinch to make the handles different sizes, but if you're not careful you can pull the straps completely out of the plastic loops and have to fix it, which also happened to me. It didn't irritate my skin at all from rubbing, although I only used it for a short while.

When I first got this strap, I was so excited I actually jumped up and down like a fool. There is nothing I love more than a good excuse to be bent over, but this thing was not worth the anticipation. We tried it with me bent over the bed and him standing behind and at first I thought well this is okay it doesn't hurt that's nice but I wasn't enjoying it so I climbed up on the bed while he stayed standing, thinking that would help. It didn't change the intensity of it at all, so after a few minutes I was tired of it and gave up. He threw it to the floor without me even having to tell him, because he was not enjoying it either. We finished without it. I just wanted to get to the good stuff and this thing was way to awkward and pointless. I personally like it better with just some good firm hands grabbing my hips than a strap that really just seems like extra work for the guy.

I have honestly not used this thing since the first time. I could not convince anyone to deal with this extra, pointless contraption that would only get in the way and seems completely unnecessary. I can't blame them because it's the truth. Sometimes I look at it and get that curious excitement again, but then I remember how disappointed I was and change my mind. I wanted to try it again before my follow up review, but obviously no one will let me because they already know what I said about it before. Most guys seem to like things simple and uncomplicated, and they would rather just ravage me than deal with this thing. I still think this is a waste of money.
