I think anyone interested in BDSM would enjoy this, whether experienced or just starting out. The spring-clamps with rubber-covered tips are adjustable with a thumbscrew. Being able to adjust the tension could be nice for someone just starting out with nipple clamps, but they are definitely adjustable to a much tighter grip for anyone looking for more. The weight of the 12" long chains leads to a very nice tug on the nipples, with or without movement. Any movement increases the tugging, and of course ANY TUGGING by your partner is a plus! ;)

I was very impressed with the construction of the collar and clamps in general. The clamps seem like the screw could be a little flimsy over the long haul, but the collar, although thin leather, is nicely constructed, and the leather is soft. The collar itself is made of two strips of leather riveted together; the inside one is a little wider than the outside one. The narrower outer strip has the buckle, so there is no pinching. There is a centered D-ring which is attached to the two chains with nipple clamps at the ends. The chains are nice and heavy. The clamps are pincer-type with rubber tips. The adjustable clamps have a very strong spring, and with the adjustable screws can be very tight, or just a little tight, depending on your preference.

The collar is a little on the LARGE size for me, at 19". At the tightest, there was still room for two "man fingers" between the collar and my neck. (This does allow for a nice tug, though!) By measuring the distance of the closest and furthest holes from the buckle, it looks like this would snugly fit a neck from 13.5" to 18.5" around.

I found the collar to be a little loose, but comfortable. The little bit of space between the collar and my neck worked out just fine, because it gave KenDoll a good place to grip from behind during sex.
The clamps had a good range of tension available from the thumbscrew. I've read in other reviews that the rubber tips slip off; we haven't had that problem yet. This sexy collar set performed just as expected. (As expected, it made me incredibly hot while wearing it!:) )

There are no care instructions included, but this product is leather, so I wouldn't get it wet, but you could use a specialty leather cleaner. The chains and clamps could be wiped down with a wet cloth or multi-purpose cleaner if necessary. Storage is a breeze; it doesn't take up much space. I've got it in my lockable sex toy case

This item arrived in a sealed clear plastic bag inside a regular brown cardboard shipping box. There was no real packaging to speak of, and no instructions. No problem for me -- we didn't order it for the packaging, and I think the usage is obvious! :)
There were also no care instructions. Common sense says "don't wash leather." Other than that, you're on your own.

We gave this collar a good workout, and it performed very well. The clamps take a little adjusting to find the right tension for you and your partner, but once you know that, then they're set...ready to tighten even more! The collar held up to tugging, and the chains are real metal, not cheap plastic, so they are sturdy as well. I am totally ready to be on my knees in this combo again soon!
