I think this product is great for anyone starting to get into bondage play and even those that are more advanced. I think it really depends on what you are looking for in a hog tie and set of cuffs though. If you are just getting into BDSM and want to just experience restraint without the fear of chafing or being uncomfortable then this is the perfect set for you. If you are a hardcore BDSM disciple and want something that is going to have your slave begging to be let go free, then you might want to try something leather and more industrial. Now if you want to be 100% in control and don't want you slave to have any chance of escape then these aren't for you, my slave escaped the first time I put them on him. If you like feeling like you can escape though then these are good for you. I am more advanced into bondage play and wasn't really impressed at first, but found out that what makes this product valuable to an advanced user is that the cuff can be used in all sorts of ways. I used those clips on the cuffs to attach my slave to all sorts of things which was really fun and exiting. It's really a great pair of cuff if you are looking for something versatile and economical.

Very well made product, good quality material, very adjustable, and with good care will last you a long long time. The material for the cuffs is made of a very good quality short flax fur type material, which is very soft to the touch and doesn't chafe or irritate the skin. On the outside of the cuffs you have a strip of velcro that goes around the outside and adjusts the cuff to your measurements. Nice velcro holds really nice; it takes a good pull to pull this velcro apart, which is good when you have a slave that is always trying to escape. The metal connectors for this product are really good too because they don't bend when being yanked and pulled during a session and aren't going to pull apart during use. I was really happy when I put them on because I have really tiny wrists and the cuffs adjusted perfectly to me and still held me nice and snug. It's a great size for the average user and even for those that have smaller or bigger wrists or ankles. One plus with this hog tie is that all of the cuffs can be disconnected from the center piece. This makes it possible to use the cuffs as just plain old handcuffs so even if you aren't really interested in getting a hog tie it's a nice way to get four handcuffs for a good price.

Performed better then I originally expected. I was a little skeptical at first because I hadn't used cuffs that were velcro and thought they might not restrain me as well as I am used too. But I was wrong, they actually were nice and snug and held me in position even when I struggled and tried to get away. Only thing that was a downside was that I found a way to escape by unclipping the cuffs from center piece or whatever they were attached too. Otherwise they are very well made and someone that is new to BDSM play and isn't constantly trying to escape will do great with them. I found that this product's weakness is also it's strength, though because the same clips that I found I could escape with are also the clips that make this product very versatile. All of the cuffs unclip from the center piece and can be used in about any way you can imagine. I found all sorts of ways that I could just use the cuffs without using them as a hog tie. I personally recommend taking the center piece out, attaching the wrist cuffs on the right side to the right ankle, and then attaching the left wrist cuffs to the left ankle, then you got a spin on a hog tie going on that is really comfortable for beginners.

I haven't really had to clean them as of yet, but based off of the material I will probably put them in a pillowcase and put it in the washer on hand wash then hang it to dry. This is just from my experience with other products of this type. Storage is really easy just find a drawer or a hanger and it will be good. I just don't recommend storing it in a damp place as the fabric could mildew after being damp for a while.

The packaging is well to say frankly semi-pornographic. It features a naked girl laying face down with the restraints attached to her wrist and ankles. You only see her naked butt; there are no boobs or anything showing so it's not totally pornographic only semi. I wouldn't recommend buying it as a gift because unless you know they are really cool about that kind of stuff; you might offend them. Also the picture of the package isn't the same picture that my hog tie arrived in. It's similar as far as featuring a naked girl on her stomach but it is not the same picture. It probably needs to be updated.
