Heavy Metal Titty Twister
Solidly constructed and very user friendly these press bar style clamps are a great step up from the flimsy tweezer style clamps. A great set for those just getting into nipple play, as well as the veterans, and at a price that won't break the bank.

Pros
Excellent construction, pleasantly weighty, adjustable pressure.
Cons
No quick release, chain is a little short.
Spartacus Press Nipple Clamps
These clamps are solidly constructed of shiny stainless steel and feature a very sturdy chain connecting both the clamps. The metal “U” shape is 1” deep and 3/4” across(the side with the press bar), the connecting chain measures 12”. All possible sharp corners are ground smooth and polished to a nice satin finish. The bottom of the “U” is engraved with the Spartacus logo. They have thumb screw that very smoothly tightens the bar down onto the nipple, and can accommodate a range of nipple sizes. Personally I'd recommend these for the larger nippled among us, as trying to tighten these around smaller nipples is more of a pain in the ass than an pain in the nips. Because they're u-shaped and have the bar that tightens as opposed to tweezer style clamps, positioning them so they don't slip off if wearing them loosely can be tricky, I recommend positioning them so the opening is facing down and the chain is at the top, or horizontally so the opening is facing your armpits.
They're very durable and well made, surprisingly heavier than what I was anticipating. The chain is solidly attached to the clamps so those looking for more aggressive play can tug without fear of breaking the chain. The press bar style makes them suitable for both the novice and seasoned pro alike, since you can adjust the amount of pressure to your own personal comfort level. I particularly like that this style can be placed so as to work around nipple piercings without the awkward “bad ouch”.
Personally I found these to be enjoyable, I liked the weight of the chain, I liked that I could fine tune the pressure on my nipples to what was comfortable for me. At the time of reviewing, and hopefully without over sharing, I'm pre-menstrual so everything is already swollen and tender and therefore I couldn't crank these down as far as I could otherwise, and will reevaluate when the time for a follow up review comes :). My only caveats with these are that I wish the chain was a bit longer and that there is no quick release, but this last annoyance can be sort of circumvented by positioning the clamps so the opening faces up, that way you can tug them off easily without fully loosening the press bar.
They clean easily enough with soap and water, along that vein of topic, hardened candle wax will peel right off of these but you may have some trouble if it gets on the chain. Be sure to dry them thoroughly if you've washed them and you may want to give the screws a little shot of wd-40 once a year if you don't use them frequently.
They come in an easy to open clamshell case with unoffensive artwork, I store mine in my sock draw, for lack of better place to put them. Being rather compact they're pretty travel friendly...just don't try to go through airport security.

Experience
I found the weight of the chain swinging around to add to the experience of wearing them, with the clamps positioned so the chain was up I found i could *just* hold the chain between my teeth, if the chain was a little longer that could have been better facilitated. These are a great step up from the flimsy tweezer style clamps without the intensity of the clover style ones.
Follow-up commentary
5 months after original review
The clamps are sturdy and have survived well the rigors of being in my toy chest, but since I got a pair of the clover style clamps I don't reach for these anymore. I just like the stronger sensation of the clovers better. The press bar clamps are versatile and great for beginners.
