I used these restraints, and I absolutely love them. It gets you in a vulnerable position. I put mine above the door and I loved it. I love that you can adjust the distance between your hands. I just wish you could adjust the distance from the top of the door for a more comfortable experience. I am disabled, so it does hurt having my hands up, but if I just rest my arms, it’s much better, but it still hurts. I would love it a lot more if you could adjust the distance from the top of the door. I also have a very thick, solid steel front door that makes the restraints sit even higher than they should, and people's heights are different. If you are 5’ or shorter, you will probably not be able to use them unless you are standing on something sturdy.
