The Stretcher by Spartacus is a great toy for somebody who enjoys sensations to their testicles. Although this toy is typically seen within the BDSM world, I think users who enjoy having their testicles played with, but do not enjoy BDSM would also enjoy this toy. This stretcher is attached around the scrotum (so below the penis, but above the testicles). By doing this the leather pushes the testicles away from the body creating a stretching sensation and some pressure as well. This toy has multiple uses. The most basic is to just put it on and get some fun and interesting sensations from it. It also has two attachment points at the bottom, so you can add weight. Now, adding weight I find creates a different stretching sensation. Having weight pulling on your testicles concentrates the feeling at the top of the testicles because that is where the weight resides. Using the stretcher I found there to be sensation at the top of the testicles and at the base of the penis because they too are being separated. This toy is made out of leather, so it does require more care than other toys. After you use the stretcher, you should wipe it down with a damp soapy cloth. From what I have read, either glycerin saddle soap or dish soap works great. After you wipe it down, you should dry off any excess moisture and let it dry completely before storing it. It should be stored in a place with at least a little airflow to prevent mold growth. I plan on storing mine in a plastic container under my bed with my other leather toys. Because it is leather, it can dry out over time. So, it is best to condition your leather toys once every 1 to 3 months. This will depend slightly on your climate. You should never completely submerge your toy is water. This will damage the leather.

It is also important to note leather is a porous material. It is not advisable to use this toy on anybody other than a fluid bonded partner. Normally I would say if you clean a leather item properly and allow it to be exposed to the air for a week to kill all the microbes you could safely play with anyone, but because this toy is in direct contact with genitals, I would not recommend it. This toy is not overly expensive, so I would just buy two if I wanted to play with another partner. That is just my opinion though, and you can read up on leather and decide for yourself if you would want to use this with multiple partners.

So this is how the toy comes packaged. It is just in a piece of plastic. It is very minimalistic. There are no instruction for this toy, but is is pretty simple; you just attach the toy with the weight attachments pointing down. Even though the packaging is very minimalistic I do find this toy to actually be quite discreet. When I was looking at it, it reminded me of a leather bracelet. If it were not for the two extra straps, it would look identical to a leather bracelet, other than the fact it is too short. If you left this toy out, people probably would not know what it was.

The first time I used this toy I just wore it while masturbating. It provided some unique sensations and added to the fun. As I mentioned earlier, it provided some really unique sensations after I had ejaculated.

So, there are multiple other ways to use this toy though.
1. You could lead your man by his testicles by attaching a leash to this toy
2. You could run rope though this and tie it to something. This could add to bondage play
3. You could run rope from a wrist cuff to the weight attachment, so the opposite ankle cuff. You would do this with the other wrist and ankle cuff too. What would happen is you would have your rope in an X. Giving not very much slack your boy toy will be unable to stand up. If he tried to, it will pull on his testicles.
