These clamps are great for warm-up before more advanced play. The clamping sensation is moderate as well as the vibration. They are very quiet and erotic to help get the juices flowing. It has moderate vibration. Initially, I had problems turning the clamps on - I discovered that I didn't twist enough after I put the batteries in, so be sure to twist just a bit more than you think. For me, it didn't provide the vibration or pinch that I was looking for, but I will still use as a warm-up toy.

The care for this toy is very easy. Just turn it off and clean with warm soapy water as necessary.

As with all EdenFantasy items, the package came in a discreet envelope. The package for the toy itself was easy to open and I really appreciate batteries being included when they are a different size.
