Great For Couples
Finally got a chance to try this out - it worked pretty well. I will say as I was buying it as a surprise, it was a little difficult getting it installed under our large king size mattress, but I can't say it's any harder than trying to straighten out a bed skirt. It would have been a breeze had I had help.

The straps, cuffs and connections appear to be made of pretty good quality. There are definitely cheaper quality items out there that have small links of chain in them that are pretty easily broken. This does not, and I expect it to be very hard to actually break (assuming you are trying to break it and not just use it for fun.) The cuffs are nice and soft and are plenty big for most individuals. I'm about 6'6" and 230 lbs and they still fit around my legs. The wrist cuffs should be big enough for the typical person.
The biggest CON I've noticed (granted with only one use right now,) was the straps were not long enough to wrap around a bed post so that the person restrained was forced to stay in a spread (or X) position and still be able to be used on my wife, who is 5'7". It would work on someone taller. Now with that said, do you need to wrap them around a bed post - NO. But look and think about the design. If the straps are not wrapped around anything, then the person who is "tied up" has the ability to either move their arms together over their head (same with their feet,) or move their arms downward and essentially touch their feet. In my opinion, the most fun thing would be to keep the person in the spread (or X) position.
