I love this stuff. Bondage tape is a non-sticky tape that adheres to itself only. This makes it a lot more friendly to use than regular tape, and allows you to use it on places you wouldn't want to use regular tape, such as over the eyes and mouth. It comes off easily when you want it to, generally staying put when it should. I did have a partner break loose of the stuff before; you have to make sure you pull it tightly over itself flatly to get it to cling. You might want to practice first to figure out how you need to apply it to get it to cling to itself properly. Wrapping it over itself entirely or multiple times gets it to really hold well.

It is a lot more comfortable than metal cuffs and rope. It's ideal for beginners. No rope burn and metal cuff marks to worry about. It's also much quicker to use than things like locking/buckling cuffs. So for experts, it is a good way to begin a scene. You can quickly immobilize your partner before moving on to other types of restraints that take longer to set up. With multiple rolls you can do more heavy restraining like mummification too, so don't think this stuff is just for light play/beginners.

I've gotten a lot of use out of my pieces of tape. If you cut it at a variety of usable lengths for arms/thighs/etc., you can wipe the pieces down after use and reuse them multiple times. They do lose their ability to cling after a bit, but for the price it was more than worth the use I got out of it and I simply bought more.

The look of this tape is great, too. Shiny red and black both look very sleek and really enhance the look of a scene.
