Great for beginners!
While the more advanced bondage player may want something a little more intense, these cuffs are a great, cheap investment for most people just looking to add a little kink into their bedroom.

Pros
Versatile, comfortable.
Cons
Not as sturdy as more intense models of cuffs.
These comfortable neoprene cuffs are great for beginners. There is an O ring on each neoprene cuff, and those O rings are attached by a clip. This clip is quite handy because you can attach the cuff to something else other than the other cuff. These cuffs use a Velcro closure, and as a result are extremely versatile in their fittings. You can use them on your wrists or your ankles, but they are a bit small for anywhere else on the body though. They are fantastic for immobilizing limbs with ease and minimal discomfort (unless that's what you're going for).
The neoprene material and the design of these cuffs make them quite possibly the most versatile beginner cuffs on the market. The Velcro is sturdy and once you're in those cuffs, you're in them. They have a nice long strip of Velcro on them, so they will fit just about anyone. One of the problems I have with these cuffs is that the length of the Velcro is actually a bit long for my small wrists. I'm sure it can be cut and then sewn up to prevent unraveling, but that's a good amount of effort.
The O rings and clip add versatility to the cuffs, so you don't have to undo the cuffs themselves every time you want to reposition your restrained partner. The cuffs are great for restraining arms over the head (behind a post, for example), behind the back, or restraining one wrist to an ankle.
The cuffs are easily cleaned with soap and water, and air dried. The packaging is simply a cardboard box with models on the front in the cuffs. It is very obvious and non-discreet. My boyfriend and I threw it away because we found it easier to just stuff the cuffs in a corner of our toy shelf. (They fold flat, so they can be stored pretty much anywhere, even under a mattress.)
These cuffs have held up well to a few months of light use. However, I must admit that my boyfriend and I have not put them through their paces as much as a few of my harder BDSM friends would have. The hardware does seem thick and sturdy, but I cannot vouch for their ability to hold a person's weight. They did however serve their purpose quite well for light bondage play. While there are definitely sturdier and intense cuffs out there, for someone who isn't sure that they want to make that large of an investment, you can't beat the price and performance of these cuffs.
