Good Place to Start
A good place to start your restraints collection or add to an existing supply of ties and hooks. First timers, be imaginative and let the process of restraining your partner (or being restrained) become an adventure. These pieces are very high quality and will last as long as you need.

Pros
strong, durable, comfortable
Cons
requires more products to be truly useful
The most basic information that you need to have about this combo of restraints: they are but just the beginning. I mean that not only in the abstract "they're so hot that you'll definitely want to try more and more and end up buying floggers and masks and an under-the-bed hog-tie kit" way but also in the purely practical: you need to buy some snap hooks and ties to even make this purchase the least bit useful. These two pieces alone will get you through a few sessions of some lite BDSM but are really not terribly fun all by themselves.
Made of heavy nylon, with sturdy metal d-ring and neoprene cuffs, these babies are quality. There ought to be no question that they will hold up to some punishment and yet still feel surprisingly comfortable. Being restrained doesn't have to mean having your skin rubbed raw or your wrists squeezed too tightly. Part of the pleasure of submitting to this kind of restraint is letting go and really experiencing the sensations your partner provides. Worrying about ropes untying or cutting of circulation is not a concern here. And the closures are velcro: so application, adjustments and removal are easy as can be.
The wrist restraints are simple enough to use and can also work equally well around the ankles or a combination of one and the other. The limits are really your imagination. The collar restraint is a little more limited, since it is only wide enough to go around a neck (as opposed to the average thigh). But the potential for adding on more is spectacular. The strong D rings line both the left and right sides all the way down the band that extends from the collar and pretty much anything could be snapped or tied onto each of them. You could end up with wrists restrained, ankles restrained and the whole thing connected back to the collar restraint which can work on both the wearer's front or back. If you happen to only order this set and no other ties or hooks, the key ring doo-dad that connects the wrist restraints to each other can also connect onto any of the D rings. You can use that in a pinch. Although, obviously, more equipment makes this apparatus much more fun and the packaging includes suggestions on other products that would be useful to add.
It was enjoyable enough to use, and since it's always an adventure to put metal through a washing machine, i'd suggest just hand-washing with soap and water.

Not nearly enough on its own, but still a good option to have around for basic bondage. For heavier bondage, you're going to need more pieces: cuffs, straps, etc.
