These cuffs are great for parading your toy around in a play party for others to admire. They also can be useful in a variety of positions, depending on your creativity. The included chain can fasten to each cuff to connect them, however with a few more chains and clasps (purchased at a local hardware store), you can have one chain for each cuff, if you wish to bind your toy in a spread-eagle fashion.

Overall the design is pretty solid. The silicone cuff is sturdy and thick. The metal is bright and shiny and easy to snap into place. In terms of fit, you can adjust or loosen as necessary to accommodate a number of wrist, or ankle, sizes. The craftsmanship is just beautiful overall. They are pleasing to look at and very functional.

In terms of performance, wearing these is fairly comfortable. The chain is fairly strong and sturdy and doesn't look like it could easily break anytime soon. These worked well for me whether they were binding wrist or ankles. They also work well in conjunction with the Silicone collar I reviewed recently. You can even place the chain of these between your skin and the nipple clamps on the collar. This would make it so the one wearing it would have to pay attention to their wrist placement, or else tug more painfully on their nipples.
