These heavy metal accessories are great to titillate and for those who like a little pressure or pain on their nipples. While they most effectively work on women or those with long nipples, men should be able to wear them as well with a bit of practice. Beginners may want to build up to this, however, by trying out flat clamps or even clothespins before working their way to these bolts.

The items are smooth to the touch, save for the edges of the four bolts. The tips of the bolts can be a little sharp, so caution should be used when utilizing them too tightly. They are heavier than they look, with a decent amount of heft on each one. Most of this weight comes from the central ring itself.

The design is fairly solid, though some might be squeamish about twisting these metal items down on sensitive flesh. While it works easiest on female nipples (it's easier to grip and turn the bolts when jutting out from a breast), though with a bit of effort a man can wear them himself just as well. It is simply harder to turn the bolts when against a flat chest. And they typically need to be fully tightened to fit smaller nipples on a man.

While you can wear this in water, it would be best if you had something like 3-in-1 oil that can be commonly found in places like Walmart. You can then dry off the clamps as best you are able and place a bit of oil on each of the four bolts. Turn them to ensure the oil gets fully into the mechanism. This can help prevent wear and rust. A drop or so on each is all it needs, and you can then use a napkin or paper towel to wipe away any excess oil afterward.

The best way I have found to use these if purchased as a personal set, is to fix two or three of the bolts into one position. Then simply insert your nipple and tighten down the remaining bolts. Make sure each is equidistant from the others so that the pressure is the same on all sides. You can most easily do this by tightening them fully, then slowly backing each out and counting the number of twists it takes to keep them a similar distance from the center.
