This product is designed for cock and ball torture. This product is definitely designed with beginners in mind. While it does do what it was designed for at a minimal level, it does not really do much for the balls, and the 3 included rings only allow a little bit of adjustment for the cock.

The design is like many other "gates of hell" devices I have seen, but a little more simplistic using only 2 rings and the leather strap that goes around the balls. The material is a faux leather and is a nicer grade, and it features rubber rings and shinny, silver snaps. This product is pretty well made and seems like it will standup to a lot, especially since while wearing it your options of what you can do in it are limited.

This production did what it was supposed to do; it restricted blood flow to my cock while making it a little bit tight and painful as my erection began to grow in size. The 3 included rings did not include a lot of variety for adjustment and I, someone with a bigger then average cock, may have a few problems with fit.
