For The Small Headed Only
For the price, my curiosity of hoods was semi-satisfied, it also gave me more of an idea of what lycra/spandex feels like (I'm intrigued by zentai, so this was a 'sneak peek' I suppose) despite not really fitting my gigantic melon. Still, it isn't much of a dent on the wallet and for those with normal heads this will probably fit the bill in adding a bit of sensory deprivation to your toy box.

As I mentioned in another review, I ordered a couple hoods together in an attempt to see what I might enjoy, but alas this one was even more of a disappointment than the last.
The Spandex Full-Face Hood from Pipedream is a very simplistic hood made of stretchy (not too stretchy) spandex which despite entirely enveloping the wearer's head, it lets the person breath (unless you gag or cover their mouth of course) while dimming their vision. The hood measures (unstretched) 7.5" wide at the neck band, 8.5" at the forehead area, and 10" from the base of the neckband to the top of the hood.
Those that want full sensory deprivation might want to look elsewhere or invest in a blindfold, (safe) gag, and some earplugs. The same problem as my other hood occurred in this one, I have a humongous skull (24" around the forehead) and finding head wear of any kind (kinky or not) has always been a challenge.
My dislike for this hood was increased when I found after I struggled to put it on (the 'neckband' is very tightly sewn and doesn't stretch a whole lot) that it applied constantly crushing pressure on my entire face; most noticeably my nose. The hood also didn't even reach my neck due to its quite small size, it rested at the base of my chin. The seam at the front also digs into my face making an already uncomfortable hood even more uncomfortable.
This hood is washer and dryer safe but I would be careful not to dry it too long otherwise it may indeed shrink smaller (more than it already is!) so air drying this would probably be wiser.
Overall this is a good product despite its minor flaws so long as you have a small enough head to wear it properly.

Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
Although I've tried to stretch this thing out a bit more with various objects and methods it still is too small for my gigantic head so got stuck at the bottom of the toy box for now; at least I didn't spend too much on it I guess.
