This is a light use toy best suited for people starting out in bondage play. I found I could easily manipulate the cuffs in such a way to make them easily removable without much effort at all on my part.
One of the many issues I feel could be addressed with this toy is that the slip on fluffy covers tend to bunch, causing small portions of your skin to be exposed to the metal which can leave conspicuous red marks for a few hours and can be quite uncomfortable during play, as well they fit quite tight and can "bite" even with the covers on.
These cuffs are an interesting toy although I ended up modifying them by securing the fur slips with glue to prevent them from bunching or sliding off when the cuffs are adjusted, opened or moved during play which can cause them to expose the metal underneath and cut into the skin.
If you are an experienced player I would recommend a stronger, more secure restraint as the thumb latch can easily be brushed and opened during more intense play. As well, even for beginner players I would recommend securing the flur with some glue before using.
I store this toy in the toybox with the rest of the toys, but make sure to place the keys in a bag. Even though there is a thumb latch to open them, it loses the effect if you can take them off by yourself. I recommend storing the cuffs with the keys in a small bag to prevent them from getting lost or having the fur slip off and get lost among your other toys.
The packaging is wonderful if you already have an idea of what you like. It comes with minimal instructions but the box was small enough to fit in your purse or even deep pockets. I wish it had come with some type of storage as the box is easily crushed and damaged so a small plastic box or bag would have been very helpful in terms of keeping the cuffs and keys together.
I found this toy rather ill-fitting and uncomfortable, having to adjust it quite frequently to find a comfortable size and position. Without being secured to the metal, the fur covers bunch and chafe exposing the metal to my skin which as a person with metal sensitivities can be quite uncomfortable and result in an allergic reaction if the product is not 100% stainless steel.
They are however very light and feel as though they could easily be broken if you twist or turn the wrong way. Overall a great beginner product but if you're looking for something that will stand up to a little push and pull without being uncomfortable, I would recommend leather or vet tape.
