These are designed to pinch upon application but to really heat things up if you tug the chain. I imagine most any nipples will be easily accommodated. I tried it on my male partner's almost non-existent nipples and they fit. The pressure is definitely adjustable. You can squeeze the pads shut tightly or lightly. If you only lightly pinch the nipples between the plastic pads, the tug of the chain will feel that much more painful. You can wash this in hot soapy water, with or without antibacterial soap. You could also use toy cleaner. I store these in a lightly padded pouch with a zipper. These are so strong, I would suggest working up to a few minutes at first.
