Effective
These clamps are a handy little device to keep the bedroom or dungeon interesting. A great gift for the woman who likes to have her nipples pinched or teased.

Pros
Well made, easy to use
Cons
doesn't come in colors
These nipple clamps are effective pieces of torturous fun. They are designed to get tighter with resistance. The metal is strong enough for even the most defiant of subs/bottoms. Simply open the clamps by pressing on the sides, place around the nipple, and tug. While these clamps can be used alone, it far more fun to use with a partner, perhaps with a blind fold or some well placed predicament bondage.
Sometimes you might get a clamp with a slightly bent opening mechanism. Don't worry because it's an easy fix with your fingers or pliers. It won't damage ithe clamp or make it difficult to remove. The best placement for the clamps is directly behind the raised nipple so that it punches on the areola. As a woman, I feel the need to stress that the nipple needs to be aroused before use, other wise it is difficult to wear for extended periods of time. The more you use it, the longer you can have them on.
These clamps work well with pierced or non pierced nipples and shouldn't affect breastfeeding as long as you don't wear them for too long. In all honesty, I don't know anyone who can take wearing these long enough to do damage. One great side effect from the clamps is heightened sensitivity to touch immediately after removal. Plus, if you're feeling frisky, they conduct vibrations.
Just in case you discover that you don't like nipple play, keep in mind this purchase isn't a total loss. The original purpose of these clamps was to aid in hand sewing techniques as a "Japanese third hand" which kept the fabric taut reducing wrinkled seams. So an added bonus is that when Grandma comes to visit, and you forgot to put away your clamps, you can explain them away with out skipping a beat.

Experience
I have used these many times and in many different ways. My favorite use is when my partner ties the two clamps together and attaches one to my right nipple then threads the clamps around a vertical pole and then attaches the free end to my left nipple. It's a wonderful predicament to know that I can't step back without causing myself some pain.
