I have these in pink, and they are my go-to nipple play toy. They are easy to apply to the nipples by yourself, or your partner. They closed by pushing a ring up towards the top of the clamp, so you can vary how tight they close depending on your pain tolerance or play level. The end of the clamps are comfortably covered in a smooth plastic coating so there is no added pinching, just a simple closing around the nipple. The fit is snug, I would categorize my nipples as average, perhaps a bit on the smaller side and the clamps stay very well.

During play, however you want to play, the cool metal of the clamps are a brilliant contrast to the warmth of the skin. It heightens the sensitivity to the breasts and nipple area as well as it seems where the cold metal touches the skin on the abdomen.

When taking them off, unless you enjoy the painful rush of blood back to the area, keep the clamps closed while pulling down the tightening ring and then GENTLY release the clamp.
