This was my first gag toy. It is easy to adjust to, and is a good size for a beginner. I'd suggest it to anyone who would be starting out! After the first time ever using a ball gag, my jaw didn't hurt. I was expecting it to, which made this better than I expected! One plus to this is how easy it is to unbuckle. When first looking, I was worried that it would be something that would be harder to do with one hand, but no! Easy as can be. Major plus right there. A small complaint is of the sides. At first they bothered the sides of my face, but that went away quickly. It never left any marks though, just rubbed a little at first, until I got use to something on my face.

Not much cleaning involved, just a simple wipe down after use. Since it is only used for one person in our household, we don't clean it. It only gets some spit on it, so we aren't too worried. One could use this for more than one person, but only one person at a time. If you were to use it for multiple people, just do a quick wash, probably not with soap, just water and it should be good to go.

It may look like it is made of rubber, but it is made of silicon. So one doesn't have to worry about any funny tastes or smell! Which is a plus for me! I think it would be even better if it had a flavor, maybe someday. I read reviews on similar products which all said it had a bad rubber taste, some said it had a bad rubber smell. I must have picked the right one because I didn't have either.

The price on the gag is a fair price to me. I wouldn't suggest going much lower or you may get the rubber taste.
