Overall, the design is nice; it fit perfectly in my hand and wasn't too long or too short for using it on myself or my play partner. The red plastic handle isn't a pain to hold onto, even if you're pushing the product harshly down against something. The metal part of the toy is medical grade stainless steel. Overall, there's a very solid feel to this product. The essence of it might be a little clinical but that hasn't deterred myself or partner yet. There is no real scent to this product.







There were a few flaws in the design of the "head" of the item; it may be a case of poor quality control. The pins weren't all at the same length (shown below) .

Though the clinical look didn't take away from my solo or partner experiences, the mild screeching of the wheel did hinder the mood. With some WD40, you could probably easily quiet down the tool but I didn't have any on hand. Once I got past the initial disturbance of the noise, I wasn't too happy with the results of the product itself.

Had I not been into pain, perhaps I would have enjoyed this product more. The wheel was very dull and it just made it feel like something (with varying weight according to the pressure at which I pushed the wheel) was crawling on my skin. There was no real pricking sensation or anything that might even resemble pain. I tried it on all of the sensitive parts of my body and it really did not have any thrilling effects.

My partner has a lower pain tolerance (and interest) so I tried it on her. She found it to be kind of bland except when used around her nipples. She claimed she could feel a little bit of a bite here and there when I pushed hard. I also used it to tickle her feet later by lightly running it along the soles and she said, while giggling, that it felt great!

This is easy to clean with water and soap or with a 10% bleach solution. It's not a good idea to place this item in boiling water as the handle is only made from plastic. However, if you need to boil the pinwheel portion, you could use tongs to put only the stainless steel part into the water.

Though the product itself looks more like a medical tool than a sex toy, the packaging was not discreet at all. It was very clearly advertising the wheel as a sex aide and there's large print of the words Fetish Fantasy on the box. The box informs you that, when paired with a blindfold and restraints, you're in for a good time! It doesn't offer much in the way of instructions aside from that, however. The box itself isn't too sturdy and was crushed a little when it arrived to my home but the product itself was unscathed.
