Dodgin' the Doggin' Bat
For the casual spanker this is a great crop. It will make the experience more enjoyable if you find yourself worrying about hitting too hard, or if you like to incorporate it into sex, instead of just using it as foreplay or the main course.

Pros
Great for when you are multitasking and can't focus fully on your spanking.
Cons
Not as intense as some discipliners may be looking for.
This crop is one of the best I have ever used. Its quality is obvious, from look to feel (for both partners). The handle and head are leather and the shaft is very firm with little spring to it. What makes this crop different then most is the long head. It is about six inches long and about two inches wide. It is stitched halfway with the end splitting so that even with the lightest spanks|Doggin bat you get that satisfying smacking sound. I found this a good crop for use while engaged in other acts that might divide your attention. You don't have to be as precise with your aiming because of the long head's wrapping effect covers a larger area. You don't have to be as precise with the strength of your blows because It doesn't cause a great deal of pain even with blows verging on full force. This crop's strength lies with repetition. It has a warm buzzing sting that creeps up on you. Therefore you can use it in the throes of passion and not have to worry about a misplaced strike, or of one that is too hard. The firm shaft also gives you good control when you do need it, like when used on the nipples or face.
She says: This is definitely a finely-made toy. If nothing else, I enjoy the look and feel of it in my hand. The well-constructed leather conveys power and intensity. Because the shaft is firm with little give to it, the crop doesn't make that wonderful whipping sound when you swing it in the air. A medium force contact hit, however, makes a beautiful slapping sound complete with the reverberations I look for.
He says: I like this one a lot. It has good balance and weight that makes it feel great in the hand. When it hits you don't get that initial sting, but it really warms up. Whether giving or receiving you will definitely find a place in your collection for this crop.
