The T style divider is a cock and ball device which is intended to be placed around the penis and testicles of the wearer. The longer strap wraps around the base of the penis and the scrotum acting in the same manner as a cock ring and provides the same benefit of constricting the blood flow out of the penis. What sets this item apart from a cock ring is the divider which is routed from underneath the scrotum and between the testicles and then is snapped onto the main strap above each testicle. As the name implies, the divider divides the testicles from one another. The effect is that skin in scrotum as well as the foreskin of the penis is drawn taut.

My overall impression of the design of this item is favorable. The leather is soft and non-abrasive. There are no sharp edges on any of the metal parts. All of the rivets and snaps are well centered on the leather straps, indicating a certain level of the quality and craftsmanship.


There are several size adjustments that can be made on this item. The snaps on the larger strap can be adjusted to produce a ring either 1-3/4", 2", or 2-1/4" in diameter. As with any device of this nature, such as a cock ring, it's best to measure yourself first to make sure that this item will fit properly. I found the middle setting to work best for me as smaller setting was way too tight and the larger setting was too loose to provide any real benefit.
The divider can be adjusted to two positions. Between the two, I found the larger of the two worked for me. The smaller of the two was far too tight and quite unpleasant. Given that even the larger of the two was at times at challenge to snap together, I think a third, larger adjustment setting might be helpful.

I found this item met all my expectations. The base strap provided the same function as a cock ring; restricting the blood flow exiting the penis thus producing more greatly engorged erection. Additionally, the divider added another dimension with the tension provided on the testicles and tautness produced in the foreskin.
Visually, the divider frames base of the penis and testicles nicely. Additionally it pulls the testicles more forward than they would be otherwise.

Being of leather construction, this item can be cleaned with a damp cloth. If you prefer, a leather cleaner/conditioner can also be used.
