Diamond whips are a girls best friend
This is a great flogger for the beginner on a budget. And even when you've become more experienced with flogging, it's still a great toy to keep.

Let me just start this off by saying that although this product is labeled "whip," it would actually fall under "flogger."
Floggers can achieve a wide array of different feelings; thuds, stings, bites, etc. And everyone looks for something different in their flogger. I went out on a limb, buying this particular flogger, not getting to try it out beforehand. I'd gone around to local shops first, but nothing within my price range satisfied me. Because of this flogger's incredibly low price, I was half-expecting something that was more of a teaser, or maybe something that delivered more thud than bite.
When my partner got his hands on this flogger, I was very pleasantly surprised! Depending on how much of a swing your partner puts into it, you could experience anything between a light to medium thudding, to almost any range of biting/stinging. Depending on your flesh, a nasty blow with a lot behind it can certainly draw blood, but just a little, and only if you really want it to. The falls are short enough that control is easy for a beginner, and because of it's range of sensations, I'd say this flogger is suitable for anyone from beginner to advanced. As far as being a beginner, this flogger is a wonderful thing to really get you into this sort of play, because the force you put behind your swings can vary so widely and you still achieve any number of sensations.
As far as aesthetics, I was prepared for the worst having read previous reviews on how cheaply made it looked. While I have seen much nicer made or looking floggers, those usually being bound by thick leather or upwards of $100, for this price, I don't think it's bad looking at all. I also believe that it actually does look a bit cheaper in the product photo than it does in real life, I suspect due to studio lighting and probably "beautifying" of the product. In person, it does have it's PVC shine, but not to the extent of that in the picture, especially after much use.
The handle has two rows of rhinestones around either end, and going up the middle of it, and also includes a loop you can use for both securing it on your wrist during play, and storing it hanging up to make sure the falls stay in good condition (highly recommended). The rhinestones can be either a pro or a con, depending on your taste. When I first purchased this flogger, I wasn't a huge fan, I was looking forward to the play more than the look, but when I received it, I warmed up to them pretty quickly. I haven't heard any complaints from my partner when he uses it on me, but personally, when I'm the one handling it sometimes if they're along my palm they irritate me after a while, and if they're along my fingers I pick at them out of habit. Like I said, it could go either way.
