Because the clamps are adjustable, someone of almost any size or ability level could use these. Because they are adjustable, they theoretically could work as a clit clamp, but my partner and I didn't bother trying because they are so awkwardly designed.

The clamps are made of sturdy metal with rubber pads, and the controller is made of plastic. I found the rubber pads were comfortable enough, and my partner agreed. And it could be a plus for anyone with a latex fetish. The whole product had no real odor.

The clamps are adjusted by a screw closure, which makes adjustment relatively easy and secure. I have moderately large nipples, and these fit me with plenty of room for adjustment. But this is probably the only highlight of the product. I found the vibrator "bulbs," controller and cord bulky, awkward and unsexy. To me, the clumsiness of it all made it a lot less enjoyable.

While the clamps are well built, the connection between the clamps and vibrators is just glue. My pair broke after only 10 or so uses, and I had to super glue the vibrators back on as a temporary solution.

The vibration function was all noise, even though this was the primary reason I had bought these for my partner. It was not very strong and the noise was invasive. The controller was easy enough to use, but the clumsiness of a controller attached to my partner's nipples was a turn off.
