It's a blindfold, obviously, but it is a really fantastic blindfold for the price. The elastic is extremely stretchy, so I am pretty sure that this will fit anyone. It easily slips on and off, and it wasn't uncomfortable at all. I have fibromyalgia, and I used this during a very painful flare, and it didn't bother me at all.

Material:
It's made from faux leather, so it is vegan friendly. The blindfold has a velvet material lining it and an elastic band around the back. The front is stiff, but it loosens up during wear.

It isn't the most luxurious material, but it keeps the cost down on this, and it makes it lightweight while still being effective.

Design:
This is a basic design, but the cut of this works really well. It fits tightly, but not uncomfortably. It fits around the nose, blocking out 99% of light. I could see a little bit of light if I turned my head all the way to one side or the other, but for the most part, I was blind.

Everything feels stitched firmly in place. I tugged a bit on the seams, and there was no give to it.

This is one of the most effective blindfolds I have used. When I was wearing it, I couldn't see anything unless I completely turned my head to one side and looked out the corner of my eye. That is rarely where the action is taking place, so I call this completely effective.

The stiff, faux leather is the only downside, but it becomes more flexible as it is used. The elastic is strong enough to bend it so it isn't showing anything.

Faux leather is water resistant, so you can wipe this down with a damp cloth if you need to. You can wash it with mild soap and a microfiber cloth or soft bristled brush.

This can be stored in just about any way you want. Toss it in a drawer or hang it from the wall; it's up to you. I would recommend keeping it out of the sun and high temperatures. Faux leather can crack or melt under high heat.

I have to applaud the manufacturer on the packaging. It is minimal, but it is discreet. There isn't a naked woman on the packaging, nor is it named something obviously sexual. It's attached to the cardboard package with plastic tags. I highly recommend using scissors to remove the tags to make sure that you don't damage your blindfold. The cardboard states the name of the product (Noir Blindfold), the company (Sportsheets), and that it is cruelty free.

This is a great, basic, inexpensive blindfold. I think it is the perfect staple piece for all experience levels. It isn't the prettiest blindfold out there, but it makes up for it in functionality.

I have been being blindfolded for 8 years. I have tried just about every type of blindfold out there, and I have to say that this one is one of my favorites. It's as effective as many far more expensive pieces but with out the cost of them. I know that this one will be with me on every vacation because if it gets lost, I am not out a ton of money, and it works. I appreciate the fact that this will fit just about anyone, so if I want to use it on someone else, I don't have to worry.
