This is a wonderful ball gag that is conformable to wear and is made extremely well. It has a silicone ball that is 1.75 inches in diameter and leather straps with a typical buckle to secure it in the user’s mouth. The ball isn't overly large and should fit most people’s mouths. Because the ball is silicone, it is hypoallergenic and will always remain germ free. Furthermore, the ball itself can be disconnected from the straps completely. This will aid in the cleaning process and can also act as a safeguard if the individual wearing the gag chokes as the gag can be removed quicker this way. Cleaning the gag is pretty simple. Just disconnect the ball and wash thoroughly with the method of your choice. If you have to wash the straps some as well, be sure to not wet them too much as leather tends to hold onto moisture for long periods of time. The ball can be washed by boiling or rubbing alcohol or just soapy water.

This gag does have a few cons. One thing I don't like about it is that it tends to slide around a bit in larger mouths and I sometimes find myself wishing it was slightly larger in diameter. The gag does have a slight taste to it as well. The taste isn't as unpleasant as a rubber ball, but is still noticeable. Finally, like any other silicone toy it tends to collect dust and other fibers quite readily. So, be sure to store it inside a separate bag away from the elements your other toys. However, these issues are quite minor and don't really affect the performance of the gag for me.

The best part about this gag is that all the materials are top notch and in my opinion better than most gags on the market. This has certainly been my favorite gag I have purchased so far and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a ball gag built to last

My experience with the gag has been great. It is comfortable to wear for fairly long periods of time and is easy to clean and have ready to go for next time. One thing I didn't like about it is the size of the ball. Personally I wouldn't mind a slightly larger ball, but that is just personal preference. I actually really enjoy this gag. In fact, just thinking about it makes me want to wear it right now...
