Beginner's silk rope kit reviews
If you are just trying to figure out what materials, lengths, and widths of rope you like, this is a nice basis of comparison. However, if you are interested in doing elaborate rope work or even intricate knots, this is way too short.
Perfect for sensual bondage, Fetish Fantasy’s silky rope is an ideal choice. This kit comes complete with two 6 foot pieces of rope to get you started on your journey into bondage. Soft and plush, there is no need to worry about rope burns after your playtime. If you are new to bondage or just need a few short piece of rope for your collection, this kit is just right for you.
If you are a beginner to the world of shibari, or are looking to try something new and exciting to spice up the routine, this is good value for a great product.
This is a very nice feeling rope, great for beginners or sensual bondage play. It is NOT silk though, which was disappointing, it is 100% polyester. Once you get over that disappointment though you'll find they are very soft comfortable ropes, and they hold knots really well without slipping. The length is an issue as you're very limited on what you can do with them, but for a beginner they work well with restraining the arms or ankles.
For the price, this item is worth it. If you're on the fence about buying this, I found it's comfortable and holds up well to general wear and tear, other than the ends fraying.
If you don't know what you're doing with bondage, this is a bad item to start. You'll end up getting hurt and it will turn you away from getting into proper bondage. If you're going to get into bondage, pick up a book or take a class to learn to be safe.
A must have for beginners of bondage. It is amazing how tying yourself down opens worlds of opportunity for exploration. Soft, strong, and knots keep. What more could you ask for?
Fun and sexy, these ropes are great for doing basic restraint without stratching or making marks on your skin. With two 6 feet long ropes, it’s a great length for beginners, or for anyone wanting to do small binding work without worrying about too much extra rope getting in the way.
This isn't exactly everything I expected. Unless you can tie a great knot, it's kind of hard to use. This is my first experience with rope, and while I don't want it to be my last, I don't know if I'll be going for silk rope next time.
For those looking to get into Japanese bondage, this kit is the perfect starting place. Two silky soft but strong ropes are perfect for learning to bind hands, feet, and everything else!
The length is the biggest problem. If you are new to bondage, sure, this is good to just do little things. But you really should look for something much longer.
The Beginner's Silk Rope Kit is a rope kit that includes two pieces of 6 foot long rope. While you should understand that this won't work for larger rope bondage, if you are seeking something to bind wrists and ankles, this will work great.
I think this item is well worth it for anyone. Beginners and experts could likely find a use in these soft yet sturdy 6' long ropes. Though you do not get a guide to them I am sure you could experiment until the time comes where you got yourself a book to teach. I absolutely loved the material; however, if you do not like to hand wash I would suggest you get something a little less high maintenance.
These two 6’ pieces of silk rope were great for a beginner like myself. The rope was easy to work with and held a knot very well. Because they are so soft, I didn’t have any marks (rope burn) after using them.
