Be Careful What You Stretch
The Single Pull Ball Stretcher will wrap your twins in a nice piece of comfortable leather and will let you know they are safe and secure during the night's erotic activities. It can be tricky to put on and some guys may do better than others, but if you get this ball stretcher around your sack, you can have some fun and never look back! If it fit more guys, I would have given it more stars.

Pros
Well made, can be used as intended/advertised
Cons
Won't fit everyone, could pinch scrotum when putting on, someone else shouldn't put it on you
If you like some ball play or CBT, the Single Pull Ball Stretcher is a well made piece of leather and chrome that can add that extra dimension to your adult fun. I've never used a ball stretcher before and it took me a while to get this one on and also get used to it. At first I thought this would work for anyone; however, it definitely doesn't. I tried to put this on my boyfriend's scrotum but it just wasn't happening. He has some big balls and a tight sack and it didn't want to fit around the goods no matter how hard we tried.
The ball stretcher is pretty simple - it is a 2-inch wide piece of leather, roughly in the shape of a "Y". There are two leather straps on one side and two buckles for the straps on the other. The bottom of the 'Y' has a small d-ring to which you could attach (light) weights, a rope, or a leash. The leather is supple but not too soft. There were no rough edges or anything that could do any damage to a guy's nut sack; however, if you aren't careful, you could get the scrotum caught in one of the buckles when you first put it on.
If a guy has big balls, a large scrotum or a tight scrotum, the Single Pull Ball Stretcher may not fit well (or at all). If he is not used to having his balls pulled on, doesn't have 'low-hangers', or doesn't like tight pressure on his sack, this may not be the toy for him. I usually don't like my balls pulled on, but I do like some nice pressure on them. The Single Pull Ball Stretcher gave me the sensation I liked without the tugging sensation I am not a fan of.
While it is set up to attach a weight or to put tension on the nuts, there is no requirement to pull your balls to your knees. Once you put this ball stretcher on, it gives you nice firm tension on your twins and you can control how much tugging and pulling goes on; If your master allows.

Experience
Having never used one of these before, and since it didn't come with instructions, I had to figure out how to get the Single Pull Ball Stretcher on. I tried to put it on soft (unaroused) but it didn't work so well. I actually had better luck putting it on when I was hard. First, I grabbed my scrotum just below the base of my shaft and moved the balls south a little. Then, I put the ball stretcher under my scrotum and wrapped it around my nutsack. Since my balls are usually tight, I had to work to get the straps around. To get the ball stretcher snugged up enough to keep it on, I would tighten one strap and then tighten the other. As one was tightened, I went back and tightened the other more; and kept doing that until I had it on there well enough.
Once I had it on, I wore it around for a while, gave it some tugs to see if it slipped off, and in general - did some ball stretching. As I sit here with it removed, I can still feel the sensation in my balls from having stretched them out a bit, and it feels good. I didn't do any radical pulling on them since this was my first experience with it but I did put this stretched to the test, and enjoyed the experience.
